EP 055: Let’s start the year strong and with podcasts made for YOU!
Thursday Jan 06, 2022
Thursday Jan 06, 2022
Welcome to the first episode of the Fertile Mindset Podcast in 2022. Although we’re almost a week into the new year now, I’d like to wish you a Happy New Year and also acknowledge how you may be feeling. When you’re on a fertility journey the new year can be a time for a renewed focus and energy, maybe making new plans or taking new steps, and it can also be an overwhelming time when you’re not sure what to focus on. The temptation is there to use the fresh start of a new year to take lots of action, but this doesn’t always feel good and may not be a good approach for you and your fertility.
Here’s what is included in this episode:
- Sharing the Tapping Tip sent to my Fertile Mindset Sanctuary members, titled: New Year, New Plan? Or Not…
- 3 steps to help you feel calm and mentally strong at the start of this year.
- An invitation for you to send in your questions and requests which I will answer on the podcast.
- How sending in your request to the podcast could be a positive mindset shift for you and the rest of your fertility journey!

Thursday Dec 16, 2021
Rachel Bolton from Plan Yourself Pregnant was my first guest on the Fertile Mindset Podcast back in episode 3 which was released on our launch day on 1st January 2021. Rachel recently invited me into her lovely Fertility Heroes group on Facebook a couple of weeks ago, and we had a conversation about all things mindset and why it’s a vital part of a fertility journey. It was a really lovely chat about both of our approaches to mindset work in relation to fertility. I think you’d like to listen to it too, so I was thrilled when Rachel sent me the recording to share with you, my wonderful podcast listeners! We talk about so much here, and there’s such a synergy in the way that we support people on a fertility journey. I hope you enjoy listening and find some useful support for you within our conversation.
Here’s what is included in this episode:
- What do we mean by “mindset” and why is this important on a fertility journey?
- The most common mindset issue that is most often the reason people seek support with me.

EP 049: 3 Empowering Steps to Take Back Ownership of Your Fertility Journey
Thursday Nov 18, 2021
Thursday Nov 18, 2021
While I was having a tidy up of my audio files, I came across this talk from an event I ran a few years ago called Your Empowered Path to Parenthood. In this talk, I share how it’s important to feel empowered on your fertility journey, and the 3 steps you can take to go from feeling out of control and disempowered - which is a common place to get to, especially when you're trying to conceive has been medicalised - and get back to feeling strong and empowered, and having ownership of your fertility once more. I hope you enjoy listening and putting the 3 steps into action.
Here’s what is included in this episode:
- How and why we become disempowered on a fertility journey and what the impact can be.
- Taking back ownership of your fertility support team, and the surprising additions you can make to your team that are not people!
- Mastering your emotional response to triggers, the questions you can ask yourself to get clear, and the technique that will make it easy to connect with your most natural and supportive mindset.
- Owning the decisions that you make and freeing yourself of outside influences that can be confusing so you can calmly make good decisions that are right for you.
