While I was having a tidy up of my audio files, I came across this talk from an event I ran a few years ago called Your Empowered Path to Parenthood. In this talk, I share how it’s important to feel empowered on your fertility journey, and the 3 steps you can take to go from feeling out of control and disempowered - which is a common place to get to, especially when you're trying to conceive has been medicalised - and get back to feeling strong and empowered, and having ownership of your fertility once more.
